On November 7, 2019 we issued a press release announcing that our Board of Directors declared a semi-annual dividend of $1.09 per share. The dividend will be paid on December 13, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 2, 2019. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
