Edwards & Company (Nasdaq: JDEC) as the primary provider of staffing services for the company's 18 U.S. and 60 international offices. The three-year contract is estimated to be worth $10 million annually. J.D. Edwards provides a complete spectrum of enterprise and business-to-business software as well as consulting, education and support services.
