PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 7, 2006--Doug Matthews has re-joined Right Management as Executive Vice President of Operations, with responsibility for the company's global marketing, product management, and information technology areas.

Matthews reports directly to Owen Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer of Right Management, a leading global provider of integrated consulting solutions across the employment lifecycle, with more than 300 service locations worldwide.

Matthews previously was Executive Vice President for the Americas, where he was responsible for ensuring quality excellence in serving clients, overall revenue and profit growth for all lines of business across Right Management's human capital lifecycle service offerings. Earlier, Matthews was Executive Vice President of Career Transition Services, where he was responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of Right Management's Career Transition business worldwide, the quality of service delivered, and the creation of new initiatives and programs to meet the needs of a changing workplace.

Prior to joining Right Management's corporate leadership team, Matthews managed the largest office in the company's Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana region. In his developmental work with senior leaders within client organizations, Matthews has guided many organizations through comprehensive people restructuring initiatives, and has also coached top management executives to achieve greater levels of career satisfaction and performance improvement within the business context.

In addition, Matthews played a significant leadership role in redesigning Right Management's worldwide career transition service delivery model, for which he received the Chairman's Award for Service Excellence.

Matthews earned bachelor's and master's degrees from Stony Brook University in New York, and has continued graduate studies at Xavier University.
