Philadelphia - March 24, 2008 - Dr. Stephen L. Cohen has joined Right Management as Senior Vice President, Global Product Management, for the company's Leadership Development consulting practice. Right Management (www.right.com) is the world's leading provider of integrated human capital consulting services and solutions across the employment lifecycle.
He will report to Douglas J. Matthews, President and Chief Operating Officer of Right Management.

For more than 25 years, Cohen has advanced the leadership development strategies of multinational corporations, creating hundreds of groundbreaking performance improvement and learning solutions in the areas of leadership and management effectiveness, Matthews added.
Cohen has authored more than 150 articles, chapters, and presentations on a wide spectrum of performance improvement topics. He has strategically directed the creation of more than 1,000 custom learning solutions, as well as nearly 100 off-the-shelf training products. In addition, he has pioneered online and blended learning solutions for over 20 years.
"He is considered one of the world's most forward-thinking experts on learning strategies, curriculum development, and integrated performance improvement systems," Matthews added.
Cohen has held positions in senior leadership roles responsible for developing custom learning solutions with Carlson Companies, Dove Consulting, Wilson Learning and Harbridge House. He also founded and led the Learning Design Group and Assessment Designs, Int'l. As an Associate Professor with University of South Florida, Cohen has taught industrial/organizational psychology.
He holds a Ph.D. and a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Tennessee, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Hobart College. He is a Certified Performance Technologist, International Society for Performance Improvement, and a graduate of the Carlson Executive Education Program at the University of Minnesota.
