Manpower Inc. to Acquire CRI Inc. to Strengthen U.S. Market Presence in Recruitment Process Outsourcing
MILWAUKEE, March 31, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- Manpower Inc. (NYSE: MAN), a world leader in the employment services industry, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire CRI Inc., a leading recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) service provider headquartered in Los Angeles. CRI will operate under the Manpower Business Solutions (MBS) service line within Manpower North America.
