Philadelphia - March 26, 2008 - Right Management has promoted Paul Straub to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Right Management (www.right.com) is the world's leading provider of integrated human capital consulting services and solutions across the employment lifecycle.

Prior to his promotion, Straub served as Senior Vice President, Global Finance.

In his new role, Straub reports directly to Matthews.

Straub joined Right Management 12 years ago, and has held a variety of positions, including Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations for the Americas, and Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller.

Straub received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Delaware.
