Swan will report directly to Jeffrey A. Joerres, Chairman & CEO of Manpower Inc., and will lead the organization's HR strategy for its full-time, contract and contingent workforces across 68 countries.

Swan holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Buffalo and a master's degree in industrial relations from the University of Minnesota.
